Holistic / Swedish Massage

Holistic Massage aims to treat the individual as a whole. The massage is tailored to take into account your physical, emotional and spiritual state. The free consultation before your first treatment will determine which areas the massage will focus on, and how much pressure is used. Pressure is also adjusted throughout the treatment to suit your preference.

Using classic, therapeutic Swedish massage techniques, Silke will soothe away aches and pains whilst at the same time provide a highly relaxing experience. Massages can include the back, shoulders and neck, legs, feet, arms, hands, face or any combination of these you would like.

Hypo-allergenic products and those suitable for highly sensitive skin are available as an alternative to the high quality oils used as standard.
