Facilities

A spacious and comfortable treatment room with shower facilities for you to use after your treatment. There is plenty of unrestricted, free parking available on Mowbray Road.

Getting here

Crystal Palace and Anerley overground stations are within 10 minutes walking distance, as are bus routes 157, 249, 358, 410 and 432.

Home visits

Silke offers a home visiting service for just a small additional charge. Provided that you have enough space for the massage couch (roughly the size of a double bed) and live within a reasonable drive of Crystal Palace, all massage treatments can be carried out in your home (min. 1 hour treatment).

You can listen to your own music, relax in familiar surroundings and get tucked up in bed straight after the massage or, alternatively head out to work or to meet your friends. Do contact Silke if you would like some more information regarding this service.
