The Massage Practice provides massage therapy treatments tailored to your individual needs. You may be after some purely relaxing 'me' time and a soothing massage, a deep tissue massage that will tackle all that stubborn tension you've been wanting to get rid of for ages or something in between.

A free consultation before your first treatment will help determine exactly what you would like from your session. A 20 minute clothed, seated acupressure massage is also offered, which is perfect for the office or at an event. Please see the treatment page for more details on all of the above.

The Massage Practice also offers home visits or, alternatively, you can visit the treatment room, which is based in a quiet road in South London SE19. See - the location page for more information. Special off-peak prices and block booking discounts are available!

About Silke

Silke (pronounced Sil-ka) Rudolph is the main therapist for, and owner of, The Massage Practice. She has trained to diploma level in massage, gaining both BTEC and ITEC qualifications at the highest possible grades. She trained at the widely acclaimed Essentials For Health Massage School where she is now an assistant teacher in diploma courses and workshops.

Silke is a fully registered member of The Complimentary Therapists Association and The Federation of Holistic Therapists through which she is also insured. Both require their registered therapists to carry out additional training each year on top of their qualifications (called continued professional development or CPD) in order to continue membership with them. This ensures that skills in each therapy are always kept up to date and topped up with new techniques on a regular basis.
